2.  Once the portfolio is in the correct order, you will reflect on the targets given to you at the beginning of the unit.

Suppose that plans were under way for a nuclear power plant to be built in Sulphur next to the Landfill.  It would take 5 years to build and bring 5000 new jobs to the district and surrounding communities.  Nuclear Waste would not have to be transported since the Landfill is close.
