Suppose that plans were under way for a nuclear power plant to be built in Sulphur next to the Landfill.  It would take 5 years to build and bring 5000 new jobs to the district and surrounding communities.  Nuclear Waste would not have to be transported since the Landfill is close. 

Write a response for or against this new addition to your community.  Support your response with 3 pieces of evidence.
