Step 1: GQ
1.  What organelle is responsible for pulling the chromatids apart during mitosis? What do they use to pull them apart?
Step 2:
Finish Mitosis Coloring sheet
Step 3:
Grab a Budding Yeast Lab Sheet and follow the directions.  There are 14 microscopes in the back.  You may have to work in groups of two if they get too crowded.  
Step 4:
Compare Mitosis in Onion and Fish cells.  On page 75 in your NB, make a list of the phases of mitosis.  You will have to show me each phase that you find under the microscope and I will check them off.

1.  Develop and use a model to describe why asexual reproduction results in offspring with identical genetic infromation and sexual reproduction results in offspring with genetic variation.
