Crust, mantel, outer core, inner core

Jacob Clements
2/19/2013 09:30:57 pm

1) Crust, Mantle, Outer Core, Inner Core
2) When the rocks inside the Earth start to decay, they heat up at the same time. So the heat from within the Earth come from the radioactive decay of rocks.

Drake Steele
2/19/2013 10:56:58 pm

1.)Crust, Mantle, Inner Core and Outer Core.
2.) radiomatic decay in the earth will create heat which heats the earth

Michael Swaga
2/20/2013 11:14:07 pm

I agree with da drake steele

aj

1. Crust( top layer) mantle( second layer) outer core (third layer) inner core made of molten iron and nickel( last layer)
2. Radioactive decay causes heat by the fission(splitting) of atoms nuclei due to the friction caused by bombarding atoms.

Jacob Rayburn
2/20/2013 12:50:16 am

1.Crust,Outer Mantle, Inner Mantle, Outer Core, Inner Core
2. Core is the oldest so it has decayed more which means that it is hotter because it released more heat.

Caleb (gibby)
2/20/2013 12:51:42 am

1:core, outer layer, inter core, mantle.
2: the earth will create heat that will heat the earth so we will not have another ice age. I think my answer is wrong

Johnny waz here
2/20/2013 12:52:59 am

1.)Crust, mantle, outer core, and inter core.
2.) cause the atoms in the core are unstable

Johnny waz here
2/20/2013 12:54:03 am

So it's really hot

Brandon Handley
2/20/2013 09:28:06 pm

1.) the atmosphere, the lithosphere, the mantle, outer core, and inner core.
2.) when radioactive decay happens it gives of heat.

Matthew sallee
2/20/2013 09:30:48 pm

1) atmosphere lithospher outer core inner core 2) it creates heat

Haley Jo
2/20/2013 09:31:01 pm

1- crust, core, mantle, outer core, inner core
2- when a parent isotope combines with radioactive decay, it produces her and when there is heat it produces a baby.. aka a daughter.

Haley Jo
2/20/2013 09:33:20 pm

i meant to say it produces *heat*

Cameron Paynter
2/20/2013 09:31:15 pm

Crust mantle outercore inner core
When radio active decay happens

Jonathan Hernandez
2/20/2013 09:32:15 pm

1,atmosphere
2, it gives off heat

Mailen Burnett
2/20/2013 09:32:51 pm

1) crust, mantle, inner core, outer core.
2) it creates heat which helps heat up the Earth?

Luke Yantz
2/20/2013 09:33:03 pm

From inside to outside-
1. Inner core
2. Outer core
3. Inner mantle
4. Outer mantle
5. Crust
6. Atmosphere

Question 2
Radioactive decay generates heat, so when it dies, it creates a daughter isotope and heat output

cameron p.
2/20/2013 09:33:38 pm

Ignore number two and I think it it increases the level of heat that is in the inner most parts of the earth

Kassidy Tingle
2/20/2013 09:34:07 pm

Inner core, outer core, inner mantle, outer mantle, crust, atmosphere

Michelle
2/20/2013 09:35:17 pm

#1.Crust,Outer Mantle, Inner Mantle, Outer Core, Inner Core
#2. Core is the oldest and decayed more which means that it is hotter because it released more heat

2.)when the radioactive decay happens and gives off heat.

Gracie Mahoney/ Alyssa Nichols
2/20/2013 11:15:16 pm

1. Crust, inter core, outer core, mantel
2. Radioactive decay is when it gives off heat.

Alek
2/20/2013 11:16:18 pm

1. Inner core , outer core , mantle, crust
2. Radioactive decay is caused by the bombarding of new atoms causing an unbalanced amount of protons and neutrons

Tanner
2/20/2013 11:16:37 pm

1) Inner core, outer core, inner mantle, outer mantle, crust
2) Radioactive decay puts off heat
