Make a data table in your notebooks to collect information on your trees/shrubs. Information to collect will include: date, height, circumference at 2 inches, number of leaves, notes (like 3 yellow leaves, wilting).

There are over 23,000 different kinds of trees in the world.

Scientists have discovered how plant roots feel their way around in darkness to burrow through soil. We must show love to our trees for they provide the biggest thing we need to survive which is oxygen. Without trees, there will be no fresh air and we will experience difficulty in breathing.
