GQ......
1.  How is a frog, a worm and a grasshopper adapted to live in their environments?  Make a list of three adaptations for each.
2.  Make a list of things you already know about a frog, a worm, and a grasshopper.  (3 each)
3.  Make a list of questions you have for each of them.  (At least 2 each)
6 kingdom classification
Shape of Life: Phyla
Classification of Living Things
Class. Questions & Foldable
Taxonomy Rubric
Step 1: Watch the 6 Kingdom Classification Video and fill out the worksheet as you go.
Step2:  Click on the Shape of Life: Phyla link and research the main 8 body systems while also filling out your worksheet.

Step 3:  Watch the Classification of Living Things:  You will then make a foldable for your assigned animal that you will be dissecting.  Follow the directions on your worksheet.  You will research the taxonomy of the grasshopper, frog, or earthworm.
Learning Targets:
1.  Investigate how scientists classify living things.
2.  Research and classify your own living organism.
Natural Selection Test
I will come around and tell you which test questions you missed.    Make a list by writing down the numbers and use the link above look over the questions.   You may get points back if you correct your multiple choice answers and hand them back to me.   Use complete sentences and tell me why you missed it.

Natural Selection Test Review
There are two parts to the test.  The MC section will be taken online through CITS.  The test code is MCKINNEY.  The second part of the test is short answer and diagramming which will need to be done on paper.

Learning Targets
1.  Gather and synthesize information about the technologies that have changed the way humans influence the inheritance of desired traits in organisms.
Step 2:  Bottom of Page 83
1.  After learning about stem cells and what they are and why we use them, do you think that we should be using them?  Why or Why not?
